Recorded live at O2 Academy Liverpool in January 2022 during their 25th Anniversary tour to celebrate the release of their debut album - All Change.

John Power says of the new live record:

"It felt so good to be performing again after lockdown, such a relief to be able to stand on stage again in a venue with an audience who like ourselves had also been starved of having the chance to express themselves,such an outpouring of emotion and energy between the band and the crowd , you could just feel it in the atmosphere. It’s so easy to take something for granted until it’s taken away. I had so many moments on this tour, on stage performing where I felt genuinely thankful and humbled to be able to sing again, so to be performing All Change again, the album that captures so much of what makes Cast such an amazing live band and with a sold out hometown crowd cheering us on it doesn’t get anymore special than that. After 25 years it’s been some journey and this album hopefully captures the dynamics and sheer Rock'n' Roll joy of a band still very much in love with the music. The songs on All Change are as relevant now as when they were written. Promise Land, Tell It Like It Is and History could all have been written about today’s climate and political mess.Sandstorm, Finetime, Sublime Four Walls and Walkaway all capture the frustration and longing for a change. Alright soars with optimism. I could go on and no doubt I will see you all in the future...All Change for now"
